In order to hard reset a Digima Eve 10.3 3G, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Digima Eve 10.3 3G device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Hello. First, turn on the device by pressing and holding the Power button.

2. Go to Manu Menu > Settings > Change PC settings > Update and recovery.

3. Then select Recovery.

4. Next, select Remove everything and reinstall Windows.

5. Complete the process by selecting Next and waiting until the hard reset is complete.
