In order to hard reset a Digima Vox S509 3G, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Digima Vox S509 3G device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the smartphone.
2. Press thr Volume Up and Power buttons smultaneously. Release them when the Boot Mode opens.
3. Select Recovery. Use Volume buttons to do so.
4. Wait for the Android logo to appear. Press Volume Up + Power buttons simultaneously.
5. Afterwards, use Volume buttons to select and Power button to confirm the wipe data/factory reset option.
6. A new menu will open. From it, select Yes. Again, confirm with Power button.
7. Now select reboot system now using Power button. Done!
