In order to hard reset a doopro C1 Pro, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
doopro C1 Pro device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, turn off the phone by press-holding the Power button for a few seconds.
2. Next, press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously. Release them when the DOPROO icon pops on-screen.
3. Wait for the Recovery Mode to start and release Volume Up.
4. Now select the wipe data/factory reset. Use Volume buttons to navigate to it and Power button to confirm your choice.
5. A new menu will open. From it, select Yes. Again, confirm with Power button.
6. Now select reboot system now using Power button. Done!
