In order to hard reset a dopod 566, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod 566 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Switch off the device.
2. Now press Right and Left softkey at the same time. Hold them.
3. As you hold them, press Power button.
4. The "Press 0 to restore factory default" message will appear. Press the 0 button.
