In order to hard reset a dopod 818C, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod 818C device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Power down the smartphone.
2. Press & hold the Power button.
3. Keep holding the Power button as you put the stylus into the reset hole on phone's bottom.
4. Phone should now reset and restart.
