In order to hard reset a dopod 838 Pro, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod 838 Pro device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold Left Softkey + Right Softkey softkeys simultaneously.
3. Insert the stylus into the hole in a location shown in the picture.
4. Keep holding the buttons and follow the on-screen instructions. There, done.
