In order to hard reset a dopod C500, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod C500 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold Left Softkey + Right Softkey softkeys + Power button simultaneously.
3. Press Call key and allow the phone to restart.
4. Voila, done.
