In order to hard reset a dopod Touch HD, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod Touch HD device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. First, press Power button to power down the phone.

2. Press these buttons simultaneously: Volume Down + Power + Enter.

3. Confirm the process by tapping Volume Up.

4. Wait for the phone to reset nad restart.
