In order to hard reset a dopod Touch Pro, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod Touch Pro device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Switch off the device.
2. Now press Enter and Volume Down buttons at the same time. Hold them.
3. Insert the stylus into the hole on the bottom left.
4. The process will be complete after the phone restarts.
