In order to hard reset a dopod Touch Viva, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
dopod Touch Viva device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Open the back case of the phone.
2. Press'n'hold the Call and End buttons.
3. Put your stylus into the hole in the top center of the phone's back.
4. Wait for the device to reset and restart.
