In order to hard reset a Eken GT10S, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Eken GT10S device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Disable the device with a press and hold of a Power button.

2. Go to Settings > Backup & Reset.
3. Now go to Factory Data Reset, Reset device and Erase everything.
4. The hard reset process is now over.
