In order to hard reset a Eken W10, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Eken W10 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Press the Power button until the phone turns off.

2. Go to Main Menu, Settings, Change PC settings and Update and recovery.

3. Continue by selecting Recovery.

4. Now choose Remove everything and reinstall Windows.

5. And now choose Next. Wait for around half an hour and the hard reset will be complete.
