In order to hard reset a Eken W70+, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Eken W70+ device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn the device on.

2. Open Settings.
3. Select Change PC settings and Update and recovery.

4. Now select Recovery.

5. Select Remove everything and reinstall Windows.

6. Select Next. Wait around thirty minutes for the hard reset to complete.
