In order to hard reset a Elephone M2, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Elephone M2 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up & Power buttons until the Boot Mode appears.
3. Select Recovery by navigating to it with Volume Up and pressing Volume Down to confirm.
4. Android Robot will appear. When it does, press Power key for a few seconds. As you hold it, press Volume Up.
5. Now select the wipe data/factory reset option. To do so, use Volume and Power buttons.
6. Select Yes.
7. Lastly, select the reboot system now with, again, Power button.
