In order to hard reset a Emporia Elegance Plus, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Emporia Elegance Plus device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hi. First of all, press and hold Power button to turn on the phone.
2. You will see the Home screen. From there, go to Menu > Settings > Reset > Master Reset.
3. Select Yes and enter the 1234 safety code.
4. Your phone should now reset and restart. Congrats!
