Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Emporia Essence Plus device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. To begin, press and hold the Power button, which will turn on the device.
2. Time to do some browsing. Starting from the Home screen, enter Menu, Settings, Reset, Master Reset.
3. To complete the process, select Yes and type in this safety code: 1234
4. Pat yourself on the back and open up a beer, 'cause you have completed the hard reset process.
