In order to hard reset a Ericsson A2628, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Ericsson A2628 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Press the Power button to turn the phone on.


2. Open Settings and select YES > Master Reset > YES.
3. Type in the phone's lock code (the code is 0000, unless changed by the user).
4. Finally, press Yes to confirm. Done.
