In order to hard reset a Eten glofiish X500, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Eten glofiish X500 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Next thing to do is to press and hold Power button & Reset button.
3. Hold them down for, say, ten seconds and then release them.
4. Hold down the End button until further instructions come on screen.
5. When an "Erase all data and load default?" message appears, press left Soft key.
