In order to hard reset a Fly Evo Energy 1, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Fly Evo Energy 1 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the phone by pressing and holding Power button.
2. Now press + hold Volume Up + Power for 10 seconds.
3. Release them after the Android logo appears on the screen.
4. Enter Recovery Mode by press-holding Power.
5. Now select Wipe Data/Factory Reset using Volume and Power buttons.
6. Select Yes and Reboot System Now.
