In order to hard reset a Fujitsu Arrows M02, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Fujitsu Arrows M02 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Switch off the smartphone by pressing and holding the Power button.
2. Press & hold the Volume Up & Power buttons until the Boot Mode starts.
3. Now navigate to Recovery Mode with Volume Up. Confirm with Volume Down.
4. Press & hold Power to open Recovery Mode.
5. Press Volume Up once.
6. Use Volume buttons to navigate to and confirm wipe data/factory reset option.
7. Using Volume buttons, select Yes.
8. Complete the process by selecting reboot system now with Volume Up. Voila!
