In order to hard reset a Fujitsu F-04J DoCoMo, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Fujitsu F-04J DoCoMo device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn off the phone.

2. Press & hold the Volume Down and Power buttons. Release Power when the Docomo logo appears.

3. Release Volume Down when Recovery Mode appears.
4. Use Volume and Power buttons to select Factory data reset.

5. Press Power button to select Yes. Done.
