In order to hard reset a Fujitsu Stylistic Q335, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Fujitsu Stylistic Q335 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the device.
2. Open Main menu. There, slide your finger from the top left to the centre of the screen. Service bar should open.
3. Open Settings, Change PC Settings and Update and recovery.
4. Select Recovery.
5. Now select Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
6. Connect the phone to the charger. Tap Next when asked to.
7. Wait until the smartphone resets. It may take half an hour.
