In order to hard reset a GammaTech DURABOOK R11, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
GammaTech DURABOOK R11 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Unlock screen. Main Menu will open.
3. Open service bar by sliding your finger from the top left of the screen to the centre.
4. Tap Settings, Change PC settings and Update and recovery.
5. Tap Recovery.
6. Now tap Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
7. Connect the device to the charger. Select Next when prompted to.
8. Wait around 30 minutes for the device to reset and restart. Done.
