In order to hard reset a Getac T800, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Getac T800 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1.Power up the device.
2. Open Main Menu, slide your finger from the top left side of the screen to its center. Service bar should appear.
3. Open Settings, Change PC settings and select Update and recovery.
4. Now select Recovery and Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
5. Connect your phone to its charger.
6. When prompted to, tap Next.
7. Wait for half an hour. Hard reset should be complete.
