In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Gigabyte GSmart MS802.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Gigabyte GSmart MS802 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Starting from the Home screen, enter Menu.
2. Press Start. Select Settings > System > Clean Boot.
3. Enter the 4-digit password into the phone and select Restore.
4. Your work is done, as the phone will now reset and restart.
1. Hold down the Power button until the device turns on.
2. Press the Windows + Power + Ok buttons.
3. Your phone will return to its default settings and restart. Good job!
