In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Gigabyte GSmart MS820.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Gigabyte GSmart MS820 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. First, press the Menu button.
2. Now tap Start, select Settings > System > Clean Boot.
3. Type the code (4 digits long) into the phone and select Reboot.
4. Done! The phone will now reboot and reset.
1. Start by powering down the device.
2. Press and hold End button & Call button simultaneously and, as you hold them, press the Power button.
3. Your device will now return to its default settings and restart. Grats.
