In order to hard reset a Gionee S96, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Gionee S96 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn the phone on by pressing down the Power button.
2. Is it on? Okay then, enter Settings and select the Restore Settings option.
3. You will be asked to enter your password. Do it. If you do not remember the password, enter the 1122 code.
4. Your phone should now reset and restart. Grats.
