In order to hard reset a Helio Fin, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Helio Fin device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn on the device.
2. Go to Menu > Customize > Settings > Device.

3. Put in the password. Default password is either 0000 or the last 4 digits of your phone number.
4. Continue by selecting Reset, Reset Defaults and Yes.

5. Press thumb key to confirm. Done.
