In order to hard reset a Highscreen WinWin, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Highscreen WinWin device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press & hold the Volume Down and Power buttons. Release them after you feel the phone vibrate.
3. When the phone vibrates, press and hold Volume down until a large exclamation mark appears onscreen.
4. Now tap in this button sequence: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.
5. Done.
