In order to hard reset a Highscreen Zera S Power, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Highscreen Zera S Power device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn off the device.

2. Press & hold the Volume Up and Power buttons. Release them after the HIGHSCREEN/Android logo/Recovery Mode appears on-screen.

3. Using Volume and Power buttons, select the wipe data/factory reset option.

4. Now choose Yes.

5. And now choose reboot system now.

6. Voila, done.
