In order to hard reset a Hipstreet W8, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Hipstreet W8 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Make sure that the phone's display is turned on by pressing the Power button.
 
2. Starting from the Main Menu, select Settings > Change PC settings > Update and recovery.

3. Now select Recovery > Remove everything and reinstall Windows > Next.



4. The hard reset will be complete after up to 30 minutes.
