In order to hard reset a Hisense L690, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Hisense L690 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn off the device.

2. Press & hold the Volume Up and Power buttons. Release them after the Hisense /Android logo/Recovery Mode/Boot Mode appears on-screen.

3. Use Volume buttons to select and enter Recovery Mode.
5. Using Volume and Power buttons, select the wipe data/factory reset option.

6. Now choose Yes.

7. And now choose reboot system now.
