In order to hard reset a HTC 7 Surround, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
HTC 7 Surround device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone by pressing the Power button.
2. Hold down both Volume buttons.
3. Press, just for a second or two, the Power button while still holding the Volume buttons.
