In order to hard reset a HTC HD2, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
HTC HD2 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hold down, simultaneously, Volume Down and Power Button.
2. Start Factory reset by pressing Volume Up.
3. The process will take several minutes, after which the device will return to its default settings. Voila.
