In order to hard reset a HTC Touch Cruise, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
HTC Touch Cruise device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press and hold the Internet Explorer and GPS buttons.
2. Pick up the Stylus and put it inside the phone's bottom hole (ha ha...).
3. Your phone will reset and restart, eventually returning to its default settings. Done!
