In order to hard reset a HTC Touch Pro, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
HTC Touch Pro device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hold down the Enter and Volume Down buttons
2. Locate the reset button hole on the bottom of the phone. Insert the stylus into it.
3. Now handset will start to Reset data, wait patiently it may take several minutes.
4. Success! now your device should be on Default settings.
