In order to hard reset a HTC Touch Viva, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.

1. Begin by holding down the End Call buttons simultaneously.
2. Next, open up the phone's back case.
