In order to hard reset a i-mate JASJAM, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate JASJAM device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Make sure that the phone is on.

2. Is it on? Okay then, press'n'hold Left and Right Softkeys simultaneously.

3. Now pick up the Stylus and insert it into the Reset button hole.

4. Continue to hold softkeys down and follow the instructions on screen.
5. Your phone will now reset and restart. Grats.
