In order to hard reset a i-mate Smartphone2, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
i-mate Smartphone2 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Switch on the phone by pressing the Power button.
2. Press and hold the Power and Record buttons simultaneously.
3. Wait for the Enter bootloader press any key message and press Action Key.
4. You will be shown a new menu. In it, select 8.
