Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Karbonn K102+ Flair device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

Instruction I:


1. Power up the device.

2. Type this code into it: *2767*3855#
3. Watch as the phone resets and restarts. Done.

Instruction II:

 

1. Turn on the phone by holding down the Power button.

2. Open Menu and enter Settings.
3. Here, select Reset and Master Reset. Confirm the operation by selecting Yes.
4. You will be asked to enter a safety code. The code is 1234.
5. Done.
