Instruction I:
1. Power up the device.
2. Enter this code: *2767*3855#
3. Done, the hard reset is complete.
1. Make sure that the phone is turned on.
2 Open Menu and enter Settings. There, select Reset and Master Reset.
3. Tap Yes.
4. Enter in the safety code 1234.
5. Wait for your phone to reset and restart. Done.
