In order to hard reset a Kyocera DuraMax, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Kyocera DuraMax device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. When the device is on, press the Menu/Ok button.
3. Enter Settings and select Reset/Delete option.
4. You will be asked to change your lock code. Please do so.
5. Select the Reset Phone option. Read all the messages and confirm your choice.
6. Wait for your phone to reset and restart. Done.
