In order to hard reset a Kyocera E3500, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Kyocera E3500 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone.
2. When the phone is on, press Ok, enter Settings and select Reset/Delete.
3. I hope that you remember your lock code, because you need to type it in now.
4. Select either Reset Settings or Reset Phone.
5. Read and confirm all the incoming messages and watch as your phone resets and restarts. Voila.
