In order to hard reset a LG A395, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
LG A395 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Make sure that your phone is turned on.

2. Open Menu and select > Settings > Phone Settings > Security.
3. Type in the security code (try 0000 and 1234 if you do not remember your code). Select Restore phone option.
4. Tap Yes and then select OK.
5. Type in the lock code.
6. Voila! Done.
