In order to hard reset a LG Apex, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
LG Apex device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press'n'hold the Power button until the device turns off.
2. Now press and hold the Power + End + Volume Down buttons.
3. Release these buttons when an LG logo appears on screen.
4. Confirm process twice by pressing Power button.
5. Your device should now reset'n'restart.
