In order to hard reset a LG CT810 Incite, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
LG CT810 Incite device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Press-hold the Power button until your phone turns on. Unless it is already in, in which case don't do that.
2. Alright, now open Main menu and enter Settings > System tab > Clear storage.
3. You will be asked to enter a password, twice. Please do so. By default, the password is 1234.
4. Confirm the hard reset process. Voila! Your phone is now reseting and restarting.
