In order to hard reset a LG CU500V, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
LG CU500V device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Enter Main menu and select the Reset Settings > Master Reset options.
3. Enter the security code (0000 by default) into the phone. Tap Left Softkey to complete the process.
5. Wait for your phone to reset and restart. Done!
