In order to hard reset a LG DoublePlay, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
LG DoublePlay device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, turn off the phone.
2. Next, press and hold Volume Down, Home and Power buttons.
3. Let go of the buttons when an LG logo shows on screen.
4. Press the Power button twice. Watch as your phone resets & restarts.
