In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for LG G Stylo.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. LG G Stylo device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction I:

1. For starters, press the Power button until the phone turns itself on.
2. Starting from the Home screen, open Settings and select General.

3. Now choose the Backup & Reset, Factory data reset and Reset phone options.

4. Continue by selecting Erase Everything and OK. Well done, your phone will now reset and restart, thus completing the hard reset process.

 

Instruction II:

 

1. Hi. First of all, switch the phone off by holding down the Power button.

2. Now hold down the Power and Volume Down buttons.

3. Let go of the Power button when an LG logo appears. Wait three seconds and press-hold the Power button once more.
4. Release both buttons held when Recovery Mode menu appears on screen.

5. Select Yes. To do that, use Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to select.
6. Your phone will now reset and restart. Well done, the hard reset process is complete.
