In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for LG G2 mini.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. LG G2 mini device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Hello. First, switch off the phone by holding down the Power button.
2. Now hold down the Power and Volume Down buttons.
3. Let go of the Power button when an LG logo appears. Wait three seconds and press-hold the Power button once more.
4. Release both buttons held when factory data reset menu appears on screen.
5. Select Yes. To do that, use Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to select.
6. Your phone will now reset and restart. Well done, the hard reset process is complete.
Instruction II:
1. Lets begin. Please press the Power button in order to turn your phone on.
2. You will find yourself on the Home screen. From there, go to Settings and select General.
3. Next, select Backup and Reset, Factory data reset and Reset phone.
4. Now select Erase Everything and, lastly, OK. Your phone will now reset and restart. Good job.
